For several years we sold the 230VAC A6 servo sets, these sets were stable, efficient and reliable. But the only disadvantage is that they work on 230VAC. This is unfavorable for many companies because you use a lot of electricity at Zero. We now have our new A8 series drivers and motors as a solution for this. These drivers work on 400v high voltage, so you require much less power on your entire network and it is distributed on all phases.
These sets also have a 23-bit encoder, which makes shortening the encoder cables considerably easier. (4 wires on encoder and motor cable)
The 130 series AC servo motor contains 2.3KW power and 35.8Nm torque, the motor is a 8 pole motor, these motors have more torque at low speed and are therefore more accurate. the motor uses the Japanese Tamagawa 23bit encoder and cable, suitable for industrial machines.
The A8 series servo driver has a 23-bit encoder, which corresponds to 8,388,608 pulses per revolution, which greatly improves the positioning accuracy of the motor and makes the motor more stable at low speeds.
This set is plug and play, making it very easy to install. Both the motor and encoder cables are shielded and made for use in energy chains. Both cables can be shortened.
