Description

Introducing our new 4-axis CNC controller, which includes all the necessary inputs and outputs for controlling a CNC machine. The board is powered by 24V and has relay outputs for added functionality.

Moreover, the outputs are equipped with three types of connectors: screw-terminal, box header, and RJ45, making it easy to connect to motor drivers using network cables and adapters.

Outputs are automatically shut down for extra safety if an E-stop is activated. Additionally, a status board with LEDs indicates the state of the outputs and whether the probe or E-stop is active, making monitoring the controller’s activity easier.

If you want to go the distance…use ethernet! The number #1 worldwide sold CNC controller within our Advanced range. This board offers the same as the CPU5A4 but communicates through ethernet. Giving you more range and reliability compared to USB.

This CNC controller offers numerous CNC functionality, enhanced with the ethernet interface and our great full software package, this is the ‘go to’ solution you have been looking for to enhance your product with a reliable advanced CNC control.

For the highest reliability connecting the board to a Windows PC, a 2nd network interface is required unless WiFi can be used of course. Also note, to connect this controller directly it is necessary to use a network cross-cable instead of a ‘normal’ network cable.

All connections can be found on the two sub-D connectors, making it easy to hook it up to any machine. If necessary we offer a breakout board that can make this even simpler.
