<p><strong>Part, Vise and Fixture Probing:</strong> Automatically Set Zero points fast and accurate.<br />
3 axis CNC Touch Probe triggers in all directions. Use the KP-1 probe to quickly and accurately find zero points on a vise, fixture or part. Eliminate operator error when setting zero points, finding edges, or center locations of bosses or bores, slots and webs. Eliminates the need for a center finder or an edge finder. You&#8217;ll never have to spend 30 minutes using a center finder to locate the center of a bore again. The probe will find and set the center of a bore in just seconds. In addition, the probe can be used to verify part dimensions and locations, 3D digitizing and many other applications. The KP-1 mounts in any 1/2&#8243; tool holder and has concentric adjustment screws. Also compatible with Mach3/4, WinCNC, LinuxCNC, Pathpilot and others.</p>

The KP-3 CNC Touch probe is made in USA with patented technology. Centroid has developed the KP-3 from its 30 years of probe building knowledge to achieve this affordable, accurate, robust design. Commonly used on Milling Machines, Machining centers, Routers and Turning centers. The KP-3 is a state of the art Kinematic touch probe and is compatible with most any CNC control that has an input for Probes. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Deze Probe is ontworpen om de exacte coördinaten te bepalen van objecten die op een CNC-freesmachine zijn gemonteerd. Het CNC-systeem genereert deze coördinaten wanneer de probe-stylus het object aanraakt en gebruikt ze om het bewerkingsprogramma te koppelen aan de werkstuklocatie, om lengtes, diameters te meten, om gatencentra te zoeken, enz. Het apparaat kan worden gebruikt met verschillende CNC-systemen: LinuxCNC, Mach3, geïntegreerde  systemen op industriële machines, etc. Het apparaat is via een kabel verbonden met het CNC-systeem (zie in manual).</p>

<p>1. Multiplexer &#8211; combining the signals of two sensors into one common output.</p>
<p>2. Converter &#8211; any type of sensors at the input and any type of output (PNP-NPN-NC-NO).</p>
<p>3. Anti-bounce &#8211; 0, 5, 25, 100 ms.</p>
<p>4. Anti-vibration &#8211; ignores triggers from shock and vibration.</p>
<p>5. Protection &#8211; against short circuit, polarity reversal, overload, overvoltage.</p>

<p>Cable shields are recommended to be connected to the SHILD pins on both inputs and output.<br />
The main rule when connecting the cable shields is that they should all connected to GND in one place and not create ground loops.<br />
If we consider the CM-TSm-PR connection separately, then the connection to GND is available in the CM using a jumper GND-SHILD. Inside Tsm and PR there is no connection to GND.<br />
For the controller &#8211; CM-TSm-PR connection, you need to know if there is a cable shield connection to GND inside the controller. If there is, then the jumper in the CM must be opened.<br />
